Compliance guidance is only useful if it is accurate. This is how we keep it that way.
Sources
Every article cites the primary source it relies on: the standard, regulation or regulator guidance. Where we paraphrase a licensed standard, we cite the clause rather than reproduce its text.
Expert review
Articles that interpret a requirement are reviewed by a named practitioner before publication. The reviewer and review date are shown under the headline.
Updates and corrections
We re-review articles when the underlying standard or regulation changes, and at least every six months for time-sensitive topics. The “Updated” date changes only when the substance changes. Report an error through our contact form.
AI assistance
We may use AI tools for research and drafting. A human editor is accountable for every published claim, and nothing is published without the review above.
Forum moderation
New questions are held for moderation. Threads are only offered to search engines once they have at least 1 approved answer, and links in community posts carry rel="ugc nofollow".
Independence
The QULDEX Blog is published by EGV Services Private Limited, which sells the QULDEX platform and advisory services. Articles link to those products where relevant, and we say so.
